    Thanks for being so real, like you’re honoring yourself and body to get back on track rather than the diet culture version of “back on track”. I happen to LOVE peanut butter, but I equally love almond butter and sun butter and all the butters just depends on mood. Unpopular opinion, the overused “glow up” reference on CZcams is annoying and doesn’t mean anything. Love your videos

    Yes I agree with all the unpopular opinions! Sunflower butter is delicious, especially natural sunbutter. The perfect combo of sugar salt and fatty seeds
