I have not seen this frame type of setting before, and its very showy and frames the stone so well. I like the angularity of the square wire and frame too, not a big fan of curves and roundness. The prong setting looks sturdy and simple, and allows one to focus on a creative frame rather than worry about making a wire bezel. This is so unique. Thanks for the great tutorial and little tips like 'prongs should be a few mm above the stone', good stuff!

Why not do both side by side. I have multiple projects going on. Wire wrapping is not like making fine jewelry. Very small investment in tools and easy to start with no setup time or long drawn out technical processes. If you were making fine jewelry, then you need to devote all your time, but not with wire wrapping. Its like knitting. Pick it up and put it down whenever you want.

Thank you for watching. When it comes to pricing there are a lot of things to keep in mind - cost of materials, time spent creating the piece, your experience, and what the market will bear. For the piece that I created in that video, I would put a price tag of $75 - $100+ on it.
Will you have the wrap maker pliers available again?
