I guess no one can talk about this two countries is weak or small unless you're from USA.Russia still strong after Soviet collapsed,China is growing fastest in last 30 years and now is number 2 in this world,only weak than USA and the gap is smaller than every year.If Russia closer China than India,that's not good for India
