Finally, tbh Aerosmith doesn't get enough love from the reaction community, so I recommend some other good ones from them.

Great reaction guys. Definitely a classic. Tyler wrote this song when he was 17. It wasn't even a hit when it was first released on the first album. They had to release it on the third album (Toys in the Attic - "Walk This Way", "Sweet Emotion"...) and that's when it charted well. Tyler has always had the high note range. You'll hear it through out every album. But you're right..he's one of the greatest rock vocalist ever and that means he has many different ranges and doesn't have to sing just high notes. There's a reason though why he's called the Demon of Screamin'. And that fire guitar you're talking about...Joe Fuckin Perry. You mentioned the Eminem sample...well the solo at the end of Em's song was specifically written by Joe Perry for that song. Perry Is God.

    Trash Talkers ! Anything from
    "Toys in the Attic" 75
    " Rocks" 76
    From Toys
    1) Toys in the Attic ( self titled track
    2) Sweet Emotion
    3) Adams Apple
    4) No more No more
    From Rocks
    1) Back in the Saddle
    2 ) Last Child
    3) Sick as a Dog
    4) Nobody's fault
These 2 albums were their absolute peak. Suggest starting with 70's only(all great)., BTW "Dream On" from their debut 73!! They did not break big until
" Toys in The Attic" then the previous 2 albums were greatly revisited!!

First concert I ever bought my own tickets to. It was the Back In The Saddle tour (Wikipedia tells me the date was August 28, 1984) It was held at the Orange Pavillion in San Bernardino, CA. This was their first tour since the band broke up a few years earlier. Opening for them was a band called Black N Blue. I was 14. Still have vivid memories of this show. They put on a heck of a concert, and Black N Blue kicked some major ass.
This song always meant to me that even though you are getting older keep following your dreams! Never put them away.

I'm not a huge fan of the group but I think you'd enjoy discussing "Eat the Rich" and "Livin on the Edge" and I've been waiting for someone to do a combo music movie reaction to "Don't Want to Miss a Thing" the love theme from the ever-awesome Armageddon - where Liv Tyler, Steven Tyler's daughter and actress, plays the love interest of a young Ben Afflek and the daughter of Bruce Willis, who are oil drillers who save the world from a giant meteor. One of my favorites and from this, I think you'd like them both really good... the song (maybe start there... the video has a lot of movie clips) and movie.
