Dude, your voice sounds much better, but your coughing gets me really worried there.
What do your doctors say about it? I am a paramedic - only voluntary, I am a psychologist by trade - and it does not sound like a deep cough. It sounds rather dry and high up in the throat, so probably your lungs are all right. Nevertheless it should have been gone already. Had you made an X-Ray of your lungs? If not, i would recommend it, just to be on the save side.
Bacterial infection is what they're currently treating me for. Have had a chest xray which came back totally clear and fine so I'm on another course of antibiotics which are much stronger which should finally help me kick the cough.
