How do you repair deep scars?
I have 2 children and not planning to have more. My surgery history is:
2012 - had a c-section
2015 - had a tummy tuck
2021 - had the final c-section
I never had a liposuction before. I have right now so much skin loose in my stomach and also need a muscle repair but my concern is: after all the above history is it safe to have my second (final) tummy tuc?. Not sure if there is a limit for this procedure?

i have a newly revised scar on my face. my surgeon used monocryl suture. how can i prevent scar widening? im only 20 years old. does religiously applying petroleum jelly help?
How has the scar healed ? Did the revision make it thinner and more linear?

So since this patient is so young and has good strong tussue, how do you prevent thick sacrs from forming in this breast augmentation. I guess she does not want scars that size on her breast.
Breasts usually scar very well. Not typically an issue with a breast augmentation.

On the knee, I have a big scar uggly since I was child, surgeon refuse to do scar revision. But if I immobilize the knee with a knee brace, the result could be good ? I am 35.
You would have to wear a knee immobilizer 24/7 for a year and then you would need surgery on your knee to release all of the contractures of your tendons and ligaments and then do 12 months of rehab in order to be able to walk again! So not a good trade!
@@DrWilliamMiami the surgeon told me 3 weeks of immobilization. Why one year ? I have noticed that the scars are spreading during the first 3 months.

@@Thejohnmyster69 but they don't spread after 3-4 months. If the scar is very wide at 3 months, you will never have a beautiful scar.
@@mehdielabdaoui1955 My friend I have same problem as you. I have done scar revision on knee and now I am holding knee in full extension. I am just two weeks after surgery, my scar is 2mm wide, before it was like 2-3cm wide (so it was horrible) If you want answer on this message and we can get contact to each other.
