The Feedback workstands are a bit pricey, but they are excellent stands.
I would even say they are superior to the Park Tool work stands simply because they collapse down much smaller than any of the ones offered by Park Tools.
And the price is comparable to the Park Tool stands.
What was in that other team truck beside the mechanic's truck you toured?
Do you happen to know what shoe brand was shown at 6:44 in the video that was in the shot with the stickers for the team cars? Those are straight 🔥
Are air compressors hard to come by or pricey in the UK?? Ollie says he would like to have one. Air compressors are pretty common place here in the US. I have multiple in my garage at home…a large one that runs tools, a mid size portable one I can take with me to use offsite and then a small one to inflate tires etc.
I love the bus and mechanics’ truck tours. What I would also like to see is the nutrition and hydration prep vehicle that gets the in-race nutrition ready for a race.

The team truck is better equipped than many local bike shops
It’s much easier to do that when the “shop” only has 3 models from a single brand to service all with the same groupset. Meanwhile your local bike shop is just supposed to have everything for everyone.

Speaking of mechanics having room to work, how do they fix a bike during the race to give a rider back their original bike after riding the spare for some distance? Do they fix bikes in the back of the team car as it moves along, or pull over and fix it on the side of the course, or either/both depending on the nature of the fix?

If you were light fingered and adept at shoplifting, what would you take from this truck, given that you can't pocket a wheel set or a flat screen TV? Would you go for the TDF stickers, the bar tape, a chain (or two) or something else?

Garmin units. Easy to sell, expensive, very compact.
Not park tools, Unior, most underrated tool set, Park are the most overpriced cheap quality. I have been a mechanic for a long time and have a mix of tools, each chosen mainly for ease of use, ergonomics and comfort.
I like Unior too, but there are a few items Park does just as good or better.
I mean, you need a lot of spare wheels with Zipp when the industry leading hookless rim blows off again...😂
