AB and Big Ben was honestly the saddest one. Seeing the ABs relationship with the team deteriorate was just bad morale for everyone.

My favorite beef will always be Michael Crabtree and Aqib Talib. I’ll never forget the time Talib snatched his chain in the middle of a game. The following season, he promised to do it again if Crabtree wore his new chain in their next matchup, and after he kept his promise literally on the first drive, they came to blows and both got ejected.
Broncos won the first game it happened, and the Raiders won the second. 2017 was a rough year for Denver. The past several have been😢

If you talk coach vs coach beef, there is an honorable mention. Pete Carroll (USC, Seahawks) and Jim Harbaugh (Stanford, 49ers). Heck, the younger Harbaugh brother leveraged his beef with Carroll to secure the 49ers head coach job, which in turn intensified the Niners-Seahawks rivalry.
Sad how the bears and eagles haven't continue this greatest beef and rivalry till this day.

Crabtree's mush of Sherman to the facemask makes much sense now. If Crabtree snubbed Sherman during a charity event, it would make sense that Sherman (knowing his character) would mock him by extending his hand at the end of that game. Whether Sherman was genuine or not in his attempt at shaking Crabtree hand is beyond me, but I'd like to think that Crabtree played it smart by not accepting Sherman's gesture. For all we know Sherman could've knocked his hand down or made him miss lmao

Sort of ironic that most of the best beefs involve wide receivers! It seems that a lot of really good receivers are head cases!

Funny considering receiver is consider the easiest of the main positions to play
It's not supposed to be the most physical position to play. Coach Pat Jones who coached Barry Sanders and Mike Gundy at Oklahoma State claims that a lot of receivers have the fighter pilot mentality, that they are the greatest player in the world and that they are the most likely to be a cancer in the locker room.

And sacrifice their bodies on hits they have zero idea are coming. Not to mention catch the ball. Nothing about being a wide receiver is easy. There are no easy football positions. None. Even kicking has ridiculous pressure on it.

On top of being verrrrrrrry injury prone. Simply put, if it weren't for that one catch, OBJ would never have been catapulted into that imo undeserved "elite" tier of receivers everyone had him in for a couple of years. Go back and check his stats. Shit just check how many games he's missed. Dude was a good not great player for the majority of his career. Oh and he's had a bad problem with drops his whole career too, and he's got a knack for making super obviously his fault drops at VERY critical points in games. Add all that to his off field antics and it's no wonder his current spot and general idea behind him is that this is some sort of "redemption" thing.
