CREEPY Abandoned HOUSE w/ EVERYTHING LEFT BEHIND, Homeless Person Living Here?

- This house appears to have been built in either the very late 1800s or more likely in the early 1900s, although I could not find any information on this place, it's mailbox and address have been removed or lost in time. This explore was very scary for me because of how much stuff was left behind inside and how many personal belongings were still there. Everything about the place made it seem like a homeless person was staying there and was possibly still living inside. From the moment I walked in and saw the bed with covers, blankets and pillows on it, this place gave me the creeps! There was many strange finds like the picture of the cat on the table or the strange posters on the wall with a scythe right above them. It was all very strange!
Filmed in Maryland

I DO NOT STEAL OR VANDALIZE, I only take pictures and video and only go in if it's already open , I do not give out locations to prevent further vandalism to these historic places! Always get permission if possible!
Thanks for watching everyone. Hope you enjoy it! Make sure to like and sub if you haven't already so you know when my next videos out, Thanks!!!(:
Great video. I like the way you announce yourself, letting anyone who might be there, know you mean no harm. Very courteous and professional.
You are a first rate photographer!! Your videos are really steady and You try to show as much as possible! Thanks, Kappy!!
Love the shots you take outside. The sounds of birds is lovely.
So glad to hear you had somebody with you!
Cool house. I can see the old, bearded gentleman rocking on the porch. Want that wood burner. You have made explores with a lot more clothes on the floor than in this house. That staircase was pretty narrow. I think people have bigger feet these days. With open windows in the house, you would think there would be birds in there. The vultures scared the poo out of me. BIG! Thank you for this explore!
I bet it was a beautiful house back in it's day. I LOVE the stairs next to the fireplace. Thanks for posting!
Thanks for watching! Please check out and follow my friends music/ social media sites if you want ! It would be much appreciated!(: Links in the description!!!
If homeless or squatters move in why don't they at least keep the place clean.
So glad you had someone with you don’t explore alone. Some places are scary be careful out love your vids.
To date the houses you go into , Check the inside of the toliet tank . It should give you a year it was made .
Why can't u all have louder volume.
Didn't know that.
Just found you! Loved this one especially. Your camera work is excellent. We really get to look around. And the little bit of intrigue was pretty exciting. And then those vultures! I am so glad you got out of there ok! Now to watch your other videos!
Another awesome video Kappy! 👍👍
+Explore With Us Thank you very much!!(: I really appreciate the nice words!😄👍
Great find Kappy love that quirky lamp and the fire, sure is a lot of stuff left behind, I love the way you ask if anyone is there :) fantastic explore as always 👍🏼
Tracy Explores Thank you very much Tracy!!!😄 i agree, I was surprised at how much personal belongings where still there! I really appreciate that tho!!😊👍
Everything is temporary even you and me! Kappy you are the best, I like all your videos!!
Someone has definitely been staying in this house. Creepy very creepy. Good find Kappy.❤️
He has a very calming voice.
A great place and a fantastic video! From outside it looks so beautiful and peaceful... Thank you for sharing, many greetings!
+Carlino Negro thanks for watching and the nice words!!(:
Usually Wide floor boards were from Very Early 1800,s or earlier..
Looks like an old farm house with barn. Persons must have bought as wired for electricity (microwave, stereo, toaster oven, etc). Abandoned it? Seems in cold weather, couple moved to 1st floor due to wood fireplace for heat (took mattress off of upstairs bed frame and moved it into living room). Love old beams - those things last hundreds of years.
No central heat (all those plug in electric heaters); and painted by a blind man-clearly the inhabitants didn't have much money.
Another great explore, thanks Kappy!🌟
The bathtub with a view! 🙃 This house had some great elements. The fireplace, those huge open beams, some of the windows. In its day it was probably sweet. The rug would have been gorgeous. Your narrative is telling how it “feels” inside when someone with nowhere move in. It’s all sad.
Awesome video! I love the way you film! Excellent ☺
When you enter a house and want to let anyone who might be inside know you are there, you have to raise your voice a little, not speak in a timid whisper lol! 😅
Beautiful shots Kap!
Some Mess Thanks brah! 😄
Hi. I also believe the original house was built later than the late 1800's/early 1900's. Looks more like late 1700's, early 1800's architecture, maybe even older?. Again, for the original house. Couldn't say about the add on. Cool find. I watch these for the architecture of old houses because it is a passion of mine. Thanks for posting.
+Jessica Smith thank you for watching and the kind words!!(: much appreciated!!!(:
yep same too
Urban Exploring With Kappy m
Yes Jessica Smith (if that's your real name) thanks for the kind words your the reason we do this- they do this. Architecture is a passion of mine as well- I love to grow things or is that archeology well I like to grow old things !
David trueslayor LOL! Yes, That is my real name. 😀
it must have been a beautiful house at one time. its gone for sure. wish we can find out the stories of what happened to the people to leave their precious house and belongings and just disappear. Was that a vulture in the barn. awesome find . thank you for sharing
asankaw1 it is a very pretty house bet it was beautiful at its time
Remember many old style houses weren't completely furnished cosmetically as new ones are.I just see old style design that's why it looks incomplete.Somebody apparently covered some of the old with the new.Nice find.
Nice house. Has a cabiny rustic look to it inside, especially the fireplace in the main floor room and the kitchen.
Thank you for the interesting video. I like how you take your time and try to show us everything. I agree homeless person must be squatting there with his cat. Wonder where the cat was?
NoGenieinBottle That is really nice of you to say! Thank you very much😊 I really appreciate that!!!! And true haha I didn't think about that!
wow cool find. i wish i could go with you. i live doing exploring unfortunately where i live is a felony. thx for posting
What an awesome old house, didn't appear to have roof damage? Solid built, reminds me of a quaker house. Excellent video as usual!
Veronica Morgan Thanks for watching and the nice words!!(: really appreciate that!! And I agree! I could definitely see what you mean!
Thankyou for showing us.
I always wondered Why there are 2 front doors in some older homes??
Great video 👍 🙋🕊️🧚🧙 🕊️
Looks like a creepy place to be at night!
So sad to see a piece of history just left to rot like that! That house has so much character & was once a beautiful farm house. The bed frame hanging out of the barn tells the age of the house IF it was the original. I really hope someone takes on the restoration of that beauty before it's too late.
great explore mate
Very nice explore, there was no sight that somebody used a stove or other kind of heater at the moment, but somebody did stay there for a while.
rolf sinkgraven Thanks buddy and true! I was just surprised at how much they had left behind!
Sounded like a stream was nearby. Interesting house. The stairs are like the ones in my 1904 house- the turn, steep, and narrow! Was going to agree that house was late 1800s, early 1900s but on 2nd floor looked like random-width floor boards. Usually when not find that in really close of houses. Thanks for taking us with you. Be careful and stay safe!
I can’t type tonight!!! Usually find random width floor boards in really old houses.
Deborah Rogers. Hello. I could tell this was an early house just by the shape of the exterior and the multi paned windows. The big giveaway was the stunning fireplace with the side cupboards and that narrow winding staircase. Also, the big beams especially left exposed is a sign of an early house. You’re right about the random width floor boards. It’s a shame that these elements were just touched on briefly because of all the junk and garbage.!
WONDERFUL wood floors upstairs. Wow. I hope someone fixes it up.
Awesome video!!
Looks like they tried to fix it lots of new wood and some new heavy beans to hold up the above floor, also lots of new sheet rock, but without fixing the roof first kind of was a lost cause. To bad neat place
Original part was built back in 1700's - 1800's. You can tell by the wide board floors. I wish someone WOULD save it.
Some aspects of the structure make me think it’s older than late 1890s - hand hewn beams, stairway maybe, and a few other things I forgot -ha! Then again, the stairway is very similar to the 1904 house I have now. It’s not as nice as the back staircase of my last 1907 house!
Thank you for sharing. Take care and stay safe
I really loved this Explore, even the outside was interesting and inside so obvious that someone was using the place to stay. Loved looking at some of the furniture 🪑 and TV 📺 stand as well. Towards the end of the video it was obvious in one of the rooms someone was using for technology, their was 2 Games posters on the wall very nice. 🕹😀
Very good video, at the 8 minute mark it looked like there was a go-pro hanging on the wall upstairs just past the curtain hanging on the bathroom door...
great explore Kappy , with all the extension and power cords running all over the floor , i wonder if for a while whoever was"camping" there may have had an outside electrical source running all the lights and stuff , (Gas Powered generator maybe)
wow awesome house great video 😊
Awesome video👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
+Tyesha Thomas Thank you Tyesha!! (: I really appreciate the nice words! 😄
Great video pretty old place love from NC
What an amazing place Kappy love it :)
CollidingPlanets Exploring Thanks buddy!! I really appreciate that!!😄👍
I wondered - seems items left seem that of someone younger - possibly a homeless individual. Stay safe!
Love that big barn.
Everyone needs a toilet on the front porch! HA
Nice find mate, really cool looking house, love the fireplace. Someone has set up a proper base camp there 👍
upalevel productions Thank you very much man!!!😄 I really appreciate that! And very true! This place scared me at first because I didn't know if someone was still inside haha!
early Georgian architecture for the main house, some elements of added early Victorian in the addition, clue is the hand hewed beams and the plank doors with iron fittings
I love that place. Shame in them for letting it rot. People are definitely living there. the futon mattress from upstairs, moved downstairs, the extension cord looked like they may have been trying to steal some electric from somewhere. Staircases were so steep in those old houses. love the video, I know I've told you how much I enjoy your videos, but I also want to let you know that what your doing us preserving these places, when their gone, you'll still have proof that they were once there. thanks again.
Abandoned houses makes me wonder what happend to those people who live there and why did they leave and left everything behind.
Exploring with E.T. I agree! Thanks for watching!!(:
Very cool find and video man!! The house used to be a nice one. Looks like it's probably from the 1840's.
+History Rambler Mark Thanks buddy!(: I agree!!👍
Somebody living in that place - very sad - but no whee else to go
what a fantastic little cottage. strange layout with the two front doors. I loved the old stairs and doors etc.
Julie Robinson it did have an odd layout! Thanks for watching!! Much appreciated!(:
I live in Indiana and around here it's not that unusual to see old houses with two front doors. I'm not sure why that was done. I've heard that it was for fire safety (easier to get out when there are two doors) and another explanation is that one door was for everyday use and the other was for the good parlor that was only used for special occasions. Considering how small some of those older houses are and how big some of the families were I would think the residents would want to make maximum use of the space rather than leave an entire room almost unused most of the time. Maybe a bit of both reasons?
The phone numbers from the notepad at 3:19 are to a hostel and a motel near Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
Nope both area codes are from Florida. OBT stands for Orange Blossom Trail. Goggle it.
Nice!
Dear Kappy, do you think you could go back to that House of a Monster and film there again. To my mind, one of the best and truly creepy explore's ever.
someone has been living there. obviously.
That's so cool!
Oh amazing
Love it! Wish I could go! 🙈
+Exploring With Lucy Thanks for watching!(: much appreciated!!
uh-uh!!! Kappy be careful somebody could be hiding when you are around.🙀
Since this place is abandoned, I don't see any harm in someone squatting. Even the barn had squatters. The vultures at least were still getting some use out of a falling down barn.
I wander how would be if someone came out saying "it's my place guys find new one for yourself"
That is a nice find I bet the man was a hard worker that passed away so said
Oh wow, yeah, parts of this video was scared. Please be safe in your explores. Please take friends with you if you can.I will be praying for you
Someone is living there, and you don't want to meet them.
My grandparents used to have a neighbor and his wife who always made me think of this house. They only came out at night, like the Klopeks. They had a pile of garbage (including a refrigerator that never worked) on their front porch, and when the town got after them for it being a health hazard their answer was to hang blinds off the gutter so no one could see it. Brilliant solution. I used to tell people "They probably sleep in that refrigerator during the day."
Was again u found another cool homested. Love cast iron stove
I grew up in my grandparents house it was 150 years old it was finally torn down in 2017 idk why they tore it down the wood and everything was still good in it
Oh I'd definitely say there are reasons to believe that someone (or even some people) may have taken up residence here at some point recently - the evidence speaks for itself. Let's just hope though for your own personal sake that they had already gotten out and left by then. As exciting as 'urban exploration' sounds, the idea of someone (homeless or otherwise) still inhabiting an old house is one of the key reasons why I don't engage in this sort of activity. The alarming thought of unexpectedly coming across someone face to face like that around some corner sends shivers down my spine. Would rather much prefer watching someone else explore from the safety of my own house instead... Lol
Nice!!!!
Could of been an old stage coach stop at one time..
Hi.,..wow what a place eh?..,. Hummm i could live there heh......where do you find these places Kappy? Thanks *john.
d
Wow Kappy, Morning dew and Some mess sounds like my morning ritual, Get up get some kappy make a morning dew and clean up the mess. What! Creepy looking can I look for ghosts ? Cool.
If the date on the noodles was 2010 the place has probably been empty for around a decade. Crazy.
Cool exploration, looks like a hang out for teens in a way , but for sure lots of evidence of squatters
hell yea kappy keep doing your thing
Michael Mills Thanks Mills brotha!!! You da man dawg!!😄
hi
I love the 2nd level.
I like your sleepy sleepy talking,
Like from Pakistan
At 4.54 on top of the beams there was something lying on top with a wooden handle.. did you look to see what is was? Also I was hoping you would open the little press beside the fireplace. Great video
This would make a perfect home to fix up. I know I would be a person to snatch it up.
+Hopeless512 Thanks for watching!!(:
Hi I like your locations but I do wish you’d slow down a bit and maybe get closer to the details in little things like door knobs etc those items really tell the history
If I were homeless, this place would be perfect. I think it’s just cute , definitely one to fix up .
Sup from Kentucky😊
wow my mom has a lamp just like that seashell one.
Buzzards sure do love taking over these abandoned places.
One more thing Dad if any rookies out there like to go to abandon all 50 states smaller towns Nevada Factory is abandoned train station abandoned highways or even abandon of a town be safe be careful and that's it
This place was creepy . Must of been a nice home though at one time .
5:22 "this place is kinda falling apart." Haha yeah.
is that the house number on the white column? 143?
+eccentrk954 yes but what would it matter if it is? I didn't share the street or road it's on
I paused when I saw the note pad around 3:19. Judging by the writing, I wonder if the "resident" didn't head south for the winter to Kissimmee, Florida? (phone number with 407 area code).
