Hi everyone,
Welcome back to day 2 of our 7 day Pilates challenge! I hope you are not too sore from yesterday's full body workout because this lengthening booty & legs Pilates workout is a real burn! We are targeting legs and booty with a lot of glute bridges, leg lifts, and of course some stretches.
I am so excited for you to join me for the rest of this 7-day challenge. You will only need 15 minutes a day! For anyone who is new to the channel, welcome! We will be focusing on all body parts, lengthening and toning all those muscles.

I did this series during my first postpartum pregnancy and everyone noticed a lot of change in my body. I loved it. Felt so confident with myself. Although it was challenging at the beginning, it got a lot easier.

This is such a great series! Thank you so much Sanne! My doctor told me to look for workouts done by people with a similar body style as mine. He is right- they are better for me and I don't get injuries.

Tell me this it's okay to say no, but I need the truth, did you or not take my advice for that others should do this to so that's why you have made this video??? Because I am loving it it's the best yet ever 😀 I train with this and each day with 100 push, chin and all other ups and other gym stuff+ good healthy eating and drinking.

I love these workouts! Im kind of new to Pilates but I’m really enjoying it, do you recommend combing these with anything else like some cardio or something, or is 15 mins a day enough to see results over time. ( eating healthy of course too)
Consistency is key after doing pilates for about a month I see my body more toned overall but if your goal is to see more defined results faster adding cardio to this is a great idea, as pilates is a type of strength training it'll build endurance and is better for building lean muscle. Look into it a bit and check what works for you based on your goals
For the ankles weight, how much kgs I should add for the beginner? Thanks 😊

does anyone know if this is okay to do without ankle weights?
You can 100% do this without ankle weights to! The weights make it a little more challenging but you will feel the burn without as well!
