944 No Start Fixed

My 95.5 944 lost power. The tach barely bounced, and it had plenty of fuel. I changed out the DME relay and still nothing. I then ran a jumper from 30 to 87B and heard the fuel pump motor thump. Replacing the fuel pump and tank to pump hose did the trick.

You can always place your ear on the gas cap and listen to the pump while some one start the car. No sound then bad pump or bad relay

I have the 951, its fun but I have alternator issues. Either the voltahe regulator or a wiring issue. All 80s cars dont run without a good fuel pump..my 87 fiero gt did the same.👍
