What an excellent tutorial, especially your explanations, very down to earth and minus the BS. If you'd like to expand on your audio input I'd recommend you check out the Saramonic SmartRig, it's capable of working with low and high end microphones, sends phantom power if you need it and is a very good clean, cheap preamp. Cheers, Dave.

Hi! Thank you for making this video! it is great! I just have a few questions. Am I right that now you can just stream directly from CZcams and don't necessarily have to go through software like OBS? I also think OBS stop working for Mac as well... If not is there other recommendations software? Can I also skip the gopro bit and just stream directly from my mac cam?

  • @caddifilms

I do have a couple questions:
    1. Does the Go pro charge while it is plugged into your PC for connection
If not, how do you keep it charge for events that may last for long periods of time?
    2. I know you obviouspy will need a Wi-Fi connection for this but what if you're trying to stream at a venue and you don't have Wi-Fi what would your alternatives be?
Im trying to setup live streams for concerts
