$1600 is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS for a Extra Anjeo aged 40 months....Price Gouging is an Understatement.....how can that be so hard to do when Rum is produced in same hot climate or hotter for 5-8-12 or more years and can be had for sub $50-$75

No. If you want something that's better than the 1942 (which is already a good tequila), try Avion 44 Reserva and Codigo Extra Anejo.

All those tequilas have additives in it to make the crappy tequila taste good to a novice. If you want the real deal try g4, E Tesoro, Fortaleza

I'm not a big fan of tequila, but I bought the new Cincoro Gold because "Michael Jordan" lol. I can't imagine it being that good since it's just a brand backed by someone famous. Collect and stash.

@@Ccsh12 That's great to hear! When I mentioned "not a big fan of tequila" I meant I don't know anything about them. I know a lot about cognac and whiskies. The Cincoro Gold is still in my liquor collection. :]
