Killer Bodyweight Ladder | Muscular Endurance & Weightloss (Level 5)

Two main criteria to get the best out of level 5:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the "alternatives."
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round
If yes, you'll crush level 5 without a problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can't complete this level. At the end of the day, the workout level is not as important as your consistency level! Good luck!

This might be my favorite video you've ever made. So good. I'm always drenched in sweat by the end. Just turned 40, and I'm setting aside the weights for more calisthenics and body weight work. I'm 6'1", 180 lbs, probably about 20% bodyfat, hoping to use this year to get down closer to 11-12%. Your videos will help me get there! LOVE THIS WORKOUT! Keep the great content coming!

Good morning Jordan completed the session but struggled in 2set as it starts with Burphee escaped the jump and continued with the tempo. Enjoyed th workout. Really testing the strength and stamina and form too..

This was hardcore. Did Running Planks and Jump Lunges as Alternative the whole workout. Could not finish all exercises and I had to take extra breaks. But it was great to do this session. Will come back to finish it like you in the future. This is a great challenge. Your Killer Cardio workouts in the past where also great but in this one I like all exercises especially that there are Push Up Toe Taps for the chest.
