Chocolate Chiffon Cake

hello. This is a soft and fluffy chocolate chiffon cake recipe. The cake is delicious on it's own or you can top it with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients (makes a 6-inch round cake):
3 eggs
50 grams milk
35 grams milk
45 grams cake flour
10 grams cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
45 grams sugar
