Let's make a watermelon sponge cake

Looks like a watermelon but is 100% cake. This watermelon cake is a fun treat to make.
Ingredients:

40 grams milk
25 grams oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
53 grams flour
45 grams sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
