Although it is travel premix, it is best way to make at home (when you are not travelling) to save precious time. We homemakers don't always get time for hobbies. This way we can gain time. Thank you Archana Hebbar ❤️

It is very useful for travel as well as indeed saves time. I do make such homemade ready-to-wear mixes. Oy difference is I wash rice or false and dry them inside or clean cotton cloth.
I also prepare Khichadi mix. (Dehydrate vegetables as nd use them along)

As usual ur awesome. I want to share one short cut for dosa, I mix chopped onion, green chilli, and coriander in dosa better , then spread on tawa.. it tastes grt with tomato sauce. I know u may say its same as onion utappa, but it reduces effort of additional spreading onion chili toppings on dosa... u may try...

I have saved the step of roasting rice and various daals. We get all these ingredients as flours. I mix them all, as desired, and then add Fenugreek (Methidana) powder. No need to store. Water-soaked Poha softens in a matter of minutes. It takes no more than 5 minutes of lead time to get ready to prepare Dosa, Idli, Uttapa and Appam...

These are lovely premixes. Important question is unanswered, specifically for dal and sambar mix. How long can keep? I hope this will last in fridge for a month. If keep on shelf without fridge, my guess- this will last for 8 to 10 days, because it has oil and green coriander leaves in it. If anyone has done experiment on keeping this, please share your experience. Thank you.
