    I can't find the amount of sugar and water to use. Am I missing something?

    • @chirag4063
      @chirag4063 Před měsícem +2

      you could make a super saturated solution of sugar and water basically just mix sugar and water until you can mix no more sugar then heat the mixture and add more sugar to it , the more amount of sugar the less time it will take to form crystal

      Probably 3 cups for sugar and a cup for water but welp you can just add a smaller amount of sugar if you have limited stock just it take longer and smaller mass

      You can use wooden skewers, cake pop sticks, or string with a weight on the end. It looked like he used a wooden chopstick but I'm not entirely sure.

    can anybody tell me why the coated sugar on the stick always fell everytime i put it in the sugar syrup?i did wait it completely dry thou … thx in advance.

    • @ardengrey7
      @ardengrey7 Před 2 lety +2

      What type of stick are you using? Some could be sort of "non-stick". You need something with texture like a wooden skewer, a cake pop stick, or a string with a weight on the end.

    • @smithchasea
      @smithchasea Před 2 lety +1

      Don’t wait for the stick to dry. If it dries the sugar won’t stick.

    • @ardengrey7
      @ardengrey7 Před 2 lety

      @@smithchasea Well, no, you want it to dry so the sugar "binds" to the stick. It's even better if you can wait overnight.
