Thank you for the video. How much does this project cost? thx
How much did all of this cost the home owner?
You guys went all out, looks nice but for the life of me, I don’t know why you would put an island with rock smack in the middle. other than that it’s perfect. A bunker would have made sense maybe but right in the middle wouldn’t be the place for that either. Completely limits the putting green especially with all that effort you put in.
I’m going tomorrow
Wow that is awesome. Im gonna guess this all cost about $65k USD
Ways to waste money 101
Thats exactly how I am feeling right now with my boyfriend and it’s driving me crazy! I hope this passes by fast
I feel like that island in the middle is a cool for aesthetic but to be honest it doesn’t look practical at all. Regardless, it’s a beautiful green
This is great work! Nice job guys
looks great, but man I bet the customer regrets the landscape in the middle of the green. That takes away tons of shots.
Pads not a good idea you will always see that seam not a crease only saying I also lay grass putting greens have seen all the problems 🏴
How much does this cost? Seems like to much, wouldn’t be easier to lay a cement pad and just lay some nice field turf over it, also where is this? Leafs, rain, snow, winter, sun, etc etc, just ruin the turf in a couple seasons???
Screed: a board or metal strip dragged across a freshly poured concrete slab to give it its proper level.
Amazing work overall foreal, but all that just for fake gras is crazy to me. I know to maintain a real green is even more work but idk it is just wild to me.
out of curiosity: what would something like that cost? Looks great
What’s the price tag on this?
It's not cheap
@@robertbryant379 yeah but I am genuinely curious I’d love to have this done to my back yard
at least 150k
Amazing work! What seam tape this you use for this project?i
Amazing work! What seam tape this you use for this project?
Thanks for the video. Outstanding explanation.
Great video! What is the shock pad made of?
So cool. I would have stuck a levelled tee box halfway down the slope on the side of the property.. nice elevated tee shot down to the green! Great finished product
Awesome video. What is the rough cost for this?
Well, I didn't see anything put in to tie back that wall to keep it from being pushed outward...again. Should have put in a 4 ft piece of crosstie back into the existing wall to stabilize it every other course every 8 to 10 ft.
You're right, people don't deserve handouts. Like if someone delivers over 400 dollars of food, you aren't required to tip them. Their meager hourly wage is more than enough. I wish poor people in particular would stop complaining and just be rich instead. It's not that hard!
Sod that. I’d rather go to my clubs green and practise there. Plus save tons of $$$
I bet the owner spends most of his time out there because I know I sure would. Great job team
What pad did put down? I want to add the same thing to mine. Thanks!
Camping in the Big Horns you can always count on afternoon thunderstorm any time. This why us locals are prepared for anything in the mountains. Including snow in the summer. I camped off Sheep mountain road this last summer in August with 2 days of snow and freezing temperatures. Ice on the water. Crazy Woman creek starts on top of Sheep mountain road.
How much did this cost?
Is it legal to bring back sand? My hubby and I collect sand from every beach we go to since our wedding day! Worried customs might stop you?
😅
as they should be, cry about it more pls
You get what you think you deserve
Smh you sound so dumb
What are you offering them as compensation?
You know you're gonna get some push-back, right? Airlines overbook to squeeze every penny out of us that they can. If they want to allow their larger customers to take up two seats for EVERYBODY'S comfort, that's fine. 🤷♂️
uhmmmmmmmm i sure hope so ma man just know woman get divorces way more often then men be sure to have a prenup guys its not shameful its just safe think about all the people you need to take care of wich you cant do if your wife steals half your stuff and there is no benefit to marriage a partner contract is fine
Yea me and your wife cheering you on. On your bed. 😂
Your videos are amazing. I really like it. I am a new subscriber to your channel. Can I talk with you Mason?
You f'ed up. Deal with it.
Haha! We are happy to admit when we make mistakes. I believe grace is a great attribute if people immediately fix their mistakes. But all of us live by different ethical codes.
Tip: when going to starfish point be aware of jelly fish because there are tons.
Good to know. I've been there 10-15 times now and have never had a big problem.
A morally strong individual under these circumstances would change the review to five stars if the company made it right.
That would be my personal opinion, but it feels that consumers aren't as willing to give small businesses any grace as they navigate new environments. I guess all you can do is try your best and move on!
Respond on Google, but I wouldn't think you have a leg to stand on going after him legally.
Very true! I wouldn't necessarily want to. Thanks for the advice!
Respond to his review about the things you did to make his booboo better. Personally i think he's just a grumpy ole man and is bored, feeding on your kindness. Respond to the review he left. Especially if the mistake was quickly took care of
Thanks for the advice! We definitely handled it this way and we'll see how it turns out in the long run.
First impressions matter. Errors do happen, but making it right doesn't erase the history. Future customers deserve to know there are ups and downs. Too many very good reviews look fishy to a discerning customer.
Absolutely, I think is best course of action is replying to his customer’s review giving his side of the story. Not to dissimilar as to what he’s doing now. Once he has defended his position, let it go
Do too many good reviews truly look fishy?? That's interesting to hear. I've always thought that a poor review could quickly dissuade a customer from using us.
It's hard to let go!! But yes, I agree with you Andrew.
Im gonns give you 10 million poor reviews
Haha that doesn't seem kind!
I work in hotel stars mean everything but ya know what else means everything customer satisfaction clearly he wasn't satisfied nothing you can do now will change that
Even working in the hotel space, have you found that one a bad experience has taken place it's nearly impossible to make it right??
@@TheMasonGang loads most of the time it's elderly people who have issues with our appliances were to modern even correcting it causes issues cause it shows them what they did wrong truly sucks to say but customers service is everything even when it's negative
2.5 out of 5 isn't a "bad" review... your just average... and what did you do to deserve being better then average, apologizing for *your* mistake doesn't make you better then others, it should be the expectations, hence the *average* review you received...
Some platforms unjustly assign more value to negative or neutral ratings than positive ones. I sell used stuff on a platform called MercadoLibre and have over 95% score, but that 5% (4% of which is from neutral ratings and 1% is negative) slides my average down to a “medium” rating
This is true. Plus, the way a client phrases something can be extremely difficult on a business owner. Someone that endured a billing error that was fixed, yet leaves a review saying "this company took advantage of me" is far more negative on a small business than someone saying "a billing error was made."
Although 2.5 stars may not be deemed "bad" in your book... Society views 2.5 as a less than stellar experience. Average doesn't win in the long run. Therefore, we need to do a better job at raising the bar to above average even with small human errors.
Tbf the average person is about as intelligent as the stars used to represent the review itself if your business is worth it then so will the majority of the reviews
We definitely need to make sure we are above average in everything we do! Thanks for the comment.
