A recurring theme I've noticed is that in our rush, we've been hiring based on skills alone, sidelining the crucial aspect of on-job training and real-world application. This approach is a double-edged sword in the fast-paced world of landscaping, especially when time is of the essence.
And, to top it all off, we lost a lawn care client due to a series of miscommunications and mishaps from multiple fronts. It's a tough loss, one that's felt deeply by our whole team.
