    Maybe you are growing to fast? I wouldn't compare this company to a tech company as simply you aren't. Maybe look into delegate things like payrolling and billing to other companies that are specialised and therefore quicker and cheaper on the hour? If your employee is not experienced enough maybe it's not the right person for the job? (I also see with many hours on the job a management course is not really doable) Recruiting is a serious job. I wish you and your wife all the best.

    Your micro managing and your expectations are unreasonable. It's not their company so they aren't going to have the passion you do. If they aren't doing the job,put them on notice. Not sure if their pay is great and if you have healthcare,etc. Eighty hours is too much. I think you need to hire more people.Yes,as much money won't go into your pocket but it's not supposed to! Hope you have a call center where they only get paid like $10 an hour,a comission for a lead,a higher comission for a sale! Your salesmen should be majority comission as well. A medium salary but real money made from sales. They should be the ones paying comm. for leads,not you. Same with the sales because they are the ones that will get the commission. Something like that going on.
