I see some people pump until, “the old grease comes out of all the corners.” It’s a giant mess, but the idea, I suppose, is that only fresh grease is inside the part. I’ve done it once this way and found it a pain to clean up between the u joints. What do you think, worth the extra effort or overkill?

Nay for me, sadly. I was tempted when I was out shopping for a new 4Runner recently, but, it's such an odd color to pin down. It looks gorgeous in some angles/lighting and in others it does not...at all.

It is correct if it tells you bank 1 a brand on the esproket and if it tells you 2 brands on the esproket it is bank 2... it is obvious it makes sense... an engine made only by experienced mechanics special motor... a street mechanic puts you together a dodge a chevrolet..

What size cap do you use?

Bought my TRD PRO new in 2017. Still less than 10k on the odometer, I have a long way to get to 175k!!

So I removed my factory rails and noticed the white nylon pieces are smushed down. Would this be an issue? From what I’ve read, the 2019 Pro models didn’t even come with the white nylon insert. I ordered some spare bracket mounts. I’m going to try and pull the white insert out of them and swap out the damaged ones. I believe it mostly serves as a bolt guide. I think I could clean them up so everything sits flush. Planning to use butyl tape and 3M auto sealant around the hole in the roof anyways. Really don’t want to drop the head liner and replace all 4 brackets.
