I agree. I am glad this was uncensored. This was probably hands down the most shocking video I have seen. But SOME of these officers are heroes. HSI screwed this while thing. They were following the suspect, saw Officer Jarrott pull him over, and just watch the whole thing go down? And it took them that long to get to him. What a screw up. They knew they f'd up. Oh, I don't know, call the Troopers and let them know NOT to pull thus vehicle over, instead of posting a BOLO. Tragic.

Omg. Talk about messing up. Officer Jarrott would still be alive TODAY if HSI would have communicated with State Police to NOT pull this psycho over, even if there was backup.
