I live in NM and we see ppl with 7 8 9 12 DWI's and they still drive. After the 3rd they should be suspended for 5 yrs., with a home to work allowance.

Anyway, the guy said, "I agree with you, but you won't fit in here." I laughed and said, "I'm just passing through, but I do like NM. Beautiful state."
Interesting he does not have any back or knee injuries while kicking the police car window, but he is in a full body cast when the police are trying to hobble him. Funny how that works.
