I tried yoga so many times and found it annoying, but I realized that I just didn't vibe with instructors. Love your videos. Love that you show everything slow enough to learn and have time to actually doing poses. Perfect for the beginners. Hope one day you will film poses for brain (focus and study). Thank you.
