    Relax and breathe with me to let go of anything that happened today and ready your mind for rest.
    Stretch out any tension or stress that has built up in your muscles and know that whatever happened, you did your best today.
    There's no right or wrong way to participate in this practice today. Simply relax and let go. There's no pressure to be or do anything you're not feeling today.
