  • Good morning! This is a quick morning yoga flow to help you stretch your muscles and build strength.
    This 5 minute yoga routine is the perfect way to start your day with intentionality, by breathing in and out and embracing a little burn before jumping into whatever lies in front of you.
    We wrap the practice by setting a positive intention for your day.
    There's no right or wrong way to participate in this practice today. Simply relax and let go. There's no pressure to be or do anything you're not feeling today.

    I do these poses in bed when I wake up and before going to bed after doing my BASTI KRIYA or YOGIC ENEMA. I started doing this routine when I was a 13 year old YOGI in 1995.

      @@mysoulfuel Basti Kriya or yogic enemas must not be a common practice for today’s yogis. I am from the old school of yoga where Basti Kriya is very common.
