Is it better to by the Samsung OLED G9 49” monitor or a 65” Sony Bravia OLED TV?

This was the peak of MS Gaming IMO. Their games never were more fun than from this era. They were also really good and advanced for their time, the driving mechanics from this game were great.

Well it is now 2024. I agree with all you say in your video. I have had Project Cars 2 for quite a while now and really like what it provides. Though there is not much in 3rd party modding for this game, it is still fun to do races - select a car, a track, and go racing. It has allot more variety of tracks and cars compared to some of the newer games today. Getting tired of just GT racing games. PC2 gives kind of a sample of different tracks and vehicles and don't mind that - I am not fussy. It is just a racing game. Bye!!!!

I purchased this PC STEAM game when it was on sale. I wanted to get this game only for the VR. The rest of the game is strictly Arcade-ish to me. We have to buy the vehicles in the Career mode of the game if we want to own it, which I don't see myself doing. I just do quick races, select a vehicle - track, and then do a short race. What is the point of doing long races if no pits or fuel strategies??? This game to me will be just for entertainment if I have nothing going on in any other racing. No Pits, no Fuel Strategies, car physics are nothing to write home about, and graphics are kind of average. Haven't done enough racing in this game to have a verdict on how well the AI do and what difficulty levels they have. Again - It will be a racing game to get into once and a while if no other serious racing is going on. Take care.

Just got one - immense coupled with my massage chair. Comfy and sturdy. Proper 👊🏻

It was a beautiful place full of enthused and fantastic people, all interested in furthering the fun. The pre and post race threads each event hosted were always full of setup advice and sharing. We could upload screenshots and tag other drivers, leave likes, etc. All statistics were tracked, there were world championships of sim racing, broadcasted live events such as the Bathurst 500K or 2.4 Hours of Le Mans, we could make our own events and series, we could upload new tracks and mods for official vetting and integration, the big series' had multiple live stewards... And we can't forget the rolling driver ranking system and bench racing that generated!! There was nothing like it before, and to date, nothing like it since. We miss you Tim and Todd!!!

lock to horizon is a motion-sickness-inducing setting in a triple monitor setting. Too much camera movement, shaking view, etc.

At this point, sim refers to a less widely played game with 93% accuracy to the real thing. Simcade means a widely played game with 91% accuracy to the real thing. Iracing to Forza, Assetto Corza to Gran Turismo, Richard Burns Rally to Dirt Rally 2.0, at the end of the day these are all pixelated approximations to the real thing, and having a console war over which is more realistic is a fart in the wind. The real standard should be, "Does this feel like Need For Speed or Burnout? No? Then it's a sim of some degree."

Obviously if you have room for triple screens it's superior to an ultra wide screen, I do not have room tho', would you say that an ultra wide monitor offers an improvement over 16:9 if that's all I can squeeze in?
