This class is a graded and safe way to exercise in pregnancy and to re start exercise 6 weeks post partum, it focuses on rehabilitation of your core tummy, gluteal and pelvic floors muscles to regain strength and stability in the pelvis, which can help with the management of lower back pain and pelvic girdle pain.

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to and I have been some horrible ones! I was neglected by nurses. Was refused medications as they claimed I refused them when I didnt. The sister called me a liar when she lied to me instead. Was treated horribly and waited 3 days to be seen
