Just because I have the "nicest" gear doesn't mean I know how to convert, I don't. I need to learn the business side of owning a Agency. I shot the content for that realtor in McCall Idaho and she loved it. I think/hope this week we'll talk about pricing. I want to get underpaid and fail. One project I have going for me, this Monday I’m shooting content for a real estate agent at a 2.8 million house in McCall Idaho. It’s about a 2 1/2 hour drive both ways and filming for a couple of hours. I’m doing all for free because I need the portfolio to show I can do it for other clients. 🚀

I love these type of videos, especially since I'm about to hit my 1 year mark of running my production company in Hawaii full time, there's A LOT I'm still learning and this helps SO much! I love that you share your phone conversations that you have with clients and I've personally wanted to do stuff like this too, but do you ever get nervous that the client might come across these videos and say "you didn't tell me this call was being recorded" (or do you tell them? lol). And do you also get worried that another client who paid for your $7500 package, might come across this and go "wait, he offered another company more content for the same price!" Love the content! Keep it up! And also, a piece of gear that I LOVE has got to be my Nanuk 935 case! Makes traveling with gear so simple and easy, and I've noticed my clients are more impressed when I pull my camera out of that vs. a backpack (which I still bring) lol

Seeing the BTS of your client calls was awesome man, cool to see how others handle budget discussions and package customizations. One of my favorites from my gear is the DJI Mini 3 Pro. Being able to show a whole new perspective from above really elevates my videos and clients really love it!

My favorite gear is most probably my DJI RS3. I don’t go anywhere without it
