It’s great that you made a Finger Drumming Tutorial. No one does it. They just record themselves doing the performance. Interesting for sure. I have an MPC One and don’t even use it because I can’t get the information and knowledge to use it. I’ve had it for a year and still in the box. Hopefully I’ll get inspiration to take it out and get jiggy with it. 😂

Just discovered you from Reddit. Keep up the great work! I was hooked from the first song :) I miss these kind of beats.

When you apply all your edits and effects to the sample and save it will the sample itself maintain all of the all of the modifications or will it only apply if you load it as a key group.

Just a thought, I have no idea about drumming nor do I know much about music in general or professional movie making lol, but maybe they used such square interpretations in order to underline the emotionless, robotic, not-having-fun-way of them playing the music so that it fits to the overall vibe of the movie?

Good techniques just remembered once you bounce to sample your mixing decisions are final unless you remove those samples. Especially if those samples have drums in them. I like to use the looper for sound design.

I just found this and it helped out my pad placement alot. The pads were double triggering before I tried this technique. I thought it was just my machine. The pad preparation is essential. I appreciate you, thanks!
