The Often Forgotten Attitude Era Champions!
in the WWF in late 1998 they had such a talented roster that wrestlers like Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart didn't have much to do. They were thrown together as a random tag team due to both pretending to be the Blue Blazer. They were managed by Stone Cold's wife Debra. The team quickly won the tag titles although they didn't have a name. I will let you guys decide what it should be. Debra often distracted their opponents to give her team the advantage. There were actually some good matches in here against the likes of DX and X-Pac and Kane. I enjoyed this team team run on Ring Of The Hawk season 5!

The Samoan WWE didn’t want!

The Anoa’i family are the most famous wrestling family with The Rock, Roman Reigns, Rikishi, the USO’s and Yokuzunna amongst some of the big names. But in 2008 a little known family member Afa Jr was called up to the main roster. There didn’t seem to be much of a plan for him except shuvving him in Randy Orton’s legacy group who were all 2nd generation wrestlers. Cody Rhodes was obviously the s...
Jeff Hardy Alter Ego's WORST to BEST
zhlédnutí 76KPřed 19 hodinami
Jeff Hardy the charismatic enigma is known for his chilled personality and crazy dives in wrestling. When his time in WWE came to an end he joined TNA where he got bored and started to present some new gimmicks and alter egos. Some of them good some of them bad. But no matter what we still love Jeff Hardy for these. Warning these alter ego's are not exactly the three faces of Foley. Instead it'...
How good is Cody’s wife?

Brandi Rhodes the wife of Cody Rhodes WWE champion, got a fairly prominent spot in the upstart AEW as the chief branding officer. She did have a run in TNA before this which wasn’t very good so I was interested to see if she was able to improve in AEW. These are all her matches for Ring of the Hawk Season 5. Will she ever turn up in WWE to continue her feud with Jade Cargill? Let the hawk know!

TNA Rebellion 2024 is the latest TNA PPV which took place on 20 April 2024 in Las Vegas. The last PPV was terrible due to production problems. This show features a main event for the TNA world Heavyweight Title between Moose ...
What on earth was Jeff Jarrett doing in Mexico? Factions, Drinking & Bad Matches!

Jeff Jarrett AKA Slapnuts spent many years in WWF, WCW, AEW & TNA & is a wrestling legend. But there was a dark period of his career where he had problems with alcohol addiction in Mexico. WWE ain’t scared whatsoever they just wanted to see how he would do and let him get over in the indies and he smashed it! Jacob Fatu is bad ass and now he’s finally in the WWE now the issue they having is building Solo as the badder Asser so it doesn’t look like the Samoan Werewolf doesn’t come in and take it over from jump which in all honesty gonna be hard anyways due to the Savager he is in that ring he will assert is dominance on his debut! Organically over from the start he will outshine all of em the moment he steps into that ring! I’m anticipating he debut in excitement already can’t wait! Everyone was thinking Backlash France but instead we got Tonga Loa which he’s nice as well but he’s no Jacob Fatu! Fatu is best feature as that insane monster! He will climb to the top no doubt about it!

After going through some old Ring Of The Hawk videos, I'll wager something you might be interested in, and a company you've never tackled before on this channel: Tommy Dreamer's CZW run. According to Cagematch, he had 8 matches in CZW. The first one was before he got signed to WWE in 2001 in the aftermath of ECW's death, and the other 7 after his release from WWE and subsequent run with TNA over the years. Some of his matches in CZW are hard to find and maybe 1 or 2 have been uploaded fully on CZcams.

Just a random gripe but I’d like to see if anyone agrees; I HATE the springboard/top rope cutters!! I’m a wrestling fan which means I know AND understand it’s…… shhhh…. fake…. That said though, I can only look aside so far ya know? Like, I know these bumps hurt for real… I know the only thing “fake” is the stories.. I get that… but if the moves LOOK fake it takes me out of it.. so when a grown man/woman is STANDING there for 10 secs while someone runs to the ropes to jump off and hurt them, it doesn’t make sense for me.. yes, I know, there are plenty of things where a wrestler “waits” for the other to hurt them… the cutter, to me, is the most egregious… any one agree?

In hindsight, Vince could have just allowed Owen to leave and go with his brother, Bret to WCW. At this time of the Attitude Era with Stone Cold, The Rock, Undertaker and Triple H swamping for the World title, there was no way in hell they were going to add Owen to any of that at that time, if ever. I think they were just going to midcard him throughout his contract. Making him the Blue Blazer again, didn’t seem like it was going to involve any big angles either.
