    To be honest doing benchpress and ohp one after another is a bit wonky, since both rely heavily on triceps and front delt. I think the OHP weight will suffer. It is doable of course, but it might be a good idea to go a bit lighter on the OHP with a higher rep range, just to be sure that you don't overuse your shoulders. Maybe also change the order of the exercises. Also I'd do bulgarians instead of the split squat.

    I'm actually doing this to cut off time, basically it hits more muscles than a normal press and basically will make you stronger due to it's harder position but also depends on weight or reps you're doing.

    Just bought both the physical and pdf version. First glance is this is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm glad you leave in compound exercises while allowing time for accessory movements. Both me and my wife will be doing this together. The only exercise we can't do is the seated single leg hamstring curls as we don't have that machine in our home gym. What's a good alternative?

    I think the reason why this exercise is one of the most difficult for people who can't do it, first and foremost is psychological, and it's the shame, and Ill explain. For a man, while all the men around him know how to do push ups, pull ups etc.. it is super embracing to a point where it feels impossible to do push up on your knees, or pull ups with assistant or any progression exercises... Hangs and shrugs are maybe somehow fine because they stand as individual exercises of their own besides the pull up, but negatives and assistant pull ups are sooo embarrassing to do, no matter if its in the gym or in public play ground. The difference between let say push ups and pull up is that push ups is something you can work on and progress at in your private space at home, while pull ups requires a bar, which is difficult to install in rented old houses, and maybe for others is just a fuss, it less accessable.. ending up with the result that many of the people who never learned to do it, can stay at this status for many many long years (me included, I can say it here under anonymity). I wish there was a work out plan that everyone can do in their private homes that work on their pull ups without a bar... But there isn't, you have to do the thing itself to master it. That's my honest take on this subject, give a like if you agree.
