I use that style of shoulder press as my garage roof is actually too low to do standing press 😀

So not worried about form? Just lifting heavy?
How long is the rest time between the sets and reps?
At least 3 min for compound exercises, 90 secs to 2 min for isolation exercises
If your training to failiure take as much time as you need to get ready for the next set so you can peform the next set with the same intensity and same rep range if thats what your going for everyone is different

What is your guys current TRT dose?
I thought that but their body’s haven’t changed in years so I don’t think they take anything. When you have alot of time to train you can get results like them
