I have a question that may help younger/beginner bodybuilders: when I started out I had my dad to teach me how to bodybuild, but my friends didn’t have a reference point and felt very out of place and not sure where to start. Some people find it very daunting taking that first step, especially when working out alone (usually I’ll help teach/direct them towards you guys).
How could someone that’s feeling apprehensive and out of place begin their fitness journey?

Totally go for the Steve Reaves workout. I enjoy seeing the different workouts. I find when I try new workouts other people have put together I make new progress. I have been doing the wonder woman work put you guys showed and have made some serious progress on pull ups. I still can't do them unassisted but I have taken 30lbs off of the assist since I have started doing this work out.
Nearly every time I think to myself, man I really need a fitness video on x, you guys make it the next day! It's like you guys are fitness physics lol. Enjoying your work, keep it up!

My jaw was already on the floor because of Brandon's looks and overall apparent niceness, and then I found out he loved metal and my jaw picked up a shovel and dug itself an extra three-foot hole.
I normally do a 6 months gain followed by 6 months cutting. really easy following holiday season. from end of October to beginning of March Eat!!! April 1st through the end September no pastas breads or crap carbs.
You guys are an inspiration!!! Just a question... I have just entered my 50's and have started working out... but not sure how best to go about it??? Would you be able to do a "little" series on home workouts for us "oldies" :)

Awesome work out guys! I've had a bad shoulder for a number of years, and the though of doing some of those full rotation warm ups make me worried I'm going to dislocate it. How critical or those warm ups to the overall workout?
Hey Buff Dudes, thank you for inspiring me to start working out, My mentality has been so much better and I’ve been more motivated than ever to go to the gym, I do have a question though, how do I know what weight to start with drop sets? It seems like whenever I start and burnout my first set, I drop the weight and do even less reps than the previous set.

Hopefully your cutting plan will help me. I did your 12 week program but I didn't lose the weight I wanted. I know my diet and cardio was something that affected it, so hopefully this will help
