    I remember when I was overweight and first saw their videos. I would hit the gym and watch them do legs or chest and arms and I would do everything they did. I didn't have money for any trainers so they taught me a lot and now I am 216 lbs with 19% body fat. Thanks guys for everything.

    That's why I love working out with my personal trainer! He always stresses all the things for perfect form! I don't like lifting too too heavy alone so I have someone checking my form for me. Love the videos ! I'm down 52 lbs since June and hope to get down another 30 by MLK day, (01/15/18)

    This is way easier and relaxed doing the videos this way! Brilliant idea. You guys get to watch the video from our perspective so you know what we need to hear and it’s easier to follow focusing on important bits. Add to that you both are not worn of and able to concentrate. I don’t feel I’m tired behind doing the workout

    I feel like you guys are my gym friends since most of the dudes in my gym are "all about themselves" but what I love is i follow your exercises and then suddenly I see someone else doing Buff Dude exercises..many times being trained.

    Leg day is best day. Probably the only day I find genuinely fun to do. Upper body sometimes feel like chore now.

    Guys please, make MORE legs day videos.
    Because one thing is "here, this is our legs working plan" but another thing is SHOWING US you working out legs, it gives us a better idea about how often and how intensively you actually work out those legs.
    It's really helpful.
    Too many people focused on chest and biceps, but it's always a pleasure to see big guys like you training legs.

    Both ways of doing the videos have their merits but I prefer when you're talking in the gym over the overlaid commentary. Somehow feels more connected. Love all your videos! Very inspiring and you're really good teachers. Thank you!

    leg day is my favorite workout day or days. i remember hearing squat your max like your warmup, squat your warmup like its your max. i think it means to me work on your technique so much that when you do your max, your technique, hopefully perfected, will be safe and its highest.

    Hey guys! I adore your channel, super fun and educating. If you guys ever have the time, please make a video of injuries. I hurt my back about three weeks ago and it's been hard for me to get back to the usual weight in squats or any compound movement without having a backache afterwards.     I like when you speak while working out, and not the voice over/commentary. I understand it's easier for you guys to do the voice over, but I guess I feel more interested seeing you talk to us during the workout whatever you want to say, it's more relatable and more honest if you know what I mean. Talking while working out or in between sets is the way to go.

    Honestly guys, I'm not a huge fan of the voice over videos. I enjoy the talking during the workout, just feels a little more raw and natural. Keep it up!

      I also agree with this. I may suggest doing a voice over the actual video on a decent microphone too, giving the ability to really focus and break it down.

      Leg day always have me wobbling when walking and wanting to craw up the stair at my university. Leg press, leg extension doesn't do anything for me, no burn, nothing. Squat have me wobble and crying. 3 set of wide stance squat, 3 set of regular squat. 4 sets of dead lift. It's burns you like hell fire

      That's because you're doing the same thing over and over and your body has adapted. It's also quite possible you're not doing enough intensity and/or volume. Just doing a few reps with very heavy weight rarely makes you sore. Drop the weight, rep the shit out of it and if you get to the point where you can't stand after the set is over, you WILL be sore later from that.

    You can see when you squat high bar your torso tips forward a little like a blended low/high bar squat. That’s the very habit I had to break to make Overhead squats possible. I thought I’d never figure out how to change my squat for Oly lifts.
