Hi Buff Dudes wanted to share a great breakfast recipe too for prOATein pancakes:
- 75 grams or 2/3 cups of oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop of whey protein
- 1 banana
Blend everything together in your food processor and fry it up, yields two medium sized pancakes but works as waffles as well.
It's so easy to make and just looking forward to these badboys really pushes me through my early morning workout.

Can you do videos on working around injuries? Like alternate excercises and proper stretches for common injuries? Maybe address scenarios like: injuries that are painful, but advised by an individual's doctor that surgery is not needed

If you freeze the spinach it pulverizes better in the blender and doesn't leave any chunks. Esspesaly great for making post workout smoothies

Hey Buff Dudes, longtime fan! Your videos and plans have made all the difference for me so far, but recently while cutting I've found myself missing workouts as I run out of time & energy during the week.
I'm a university student and I often find that the workouts are great, but they really tire me out during the week, so I have to choose between having enough time & energy for workouts or having the time & energy to do school work. I obviously put school first, so I end up pushing back workouts! Will I eventually gain enough energy, should I be eating more (I'm at a 500 cal daily deficit), or will I just have to focus on school for now?

Hi Sir,
I have read conflicting information on these , so can you please help me clarify :-
1) what will the body use in anaerobic activity ( 6 rep max ) when the glycogen stores are empty ( on keto ) ? protein or fat? And why?
2) in aerobic exercise, first 20 mins the muscle glycogen will be used and then the body will use fats for rest 40 mins
( when training under 60% MHR )
So why can't a person start cardio with zero carb intake, if fats are gonna be used and no muscle proteins?
Because its recommended to have complex carbs before a 60 min cardio
3) which will lead to more hypertrophy? - structural and unsupported compound movements or Isolation movements? And why?
If you are going to answer all these in the next video, then please let me know so that i don't miss it@

Do I do the prep phase before phase 3 or can I continue straightaway to phase 3. What is your best advice on these situations to get back? Thanks

As always great content. I have a question that concerns me. I am 16 yo and have been going to the gym for around 2 years. Everyone tells me not to lift because its bad for my health, but still i think that with proper form you are good. Are there any exercises that i can avoid or not even do?
