No offense guy’s, but is it really worth it when you start sacrificing your form and not doing complete proper reps when trying to reach a certain number. I’m talking about the 100 pull-ups when chin’s weren’t fully going over the bar and leg’s started bending upwards at the knee’s?(I’m just saying)

100 pull ups in a workout is way too much volume for one exercise

That’s because they did way too much volume on the pull-ups.. at a certain point junk volume becomes a thing
