    10 bicep exercises with no repeats with a couple of dumbbells for one serious bicep blast you can fit into your day at any stage
    We will be hitting each exercises for 40 secs with just 15 secs rest between each exercise
    This one is going to burn quickly as the biceps are a small muscle group and burn out fast.
    The aim of the game here is to also go for a seriously quick burn and pump so I suggest going pretty light with this one
    Or start a little heavier and drop down the weight as the workout progresses
    So have you got 10 minutes? Of course you do.

      @@TheZeusFitness My workout routine consists of no repeats. Which is great for me. I get in usually 40 min to an hour workout training sessions 5 days a week. Thanks for these Brother 💪👍
