In this podcast, we had the pleasure of speaking with the engineers Christopher Dunn and Ahmed Adly to discuss the controversial theory that a highly technological civilization with advanced machinery may have once existed in ancient Egypt. While we disagree with both of their views on this topic, we had a friendly and productive conversation that we hope inspires further constructive dialogue. We feel that it’s a healthy part of the scientific process to analyze controversial theories under a lens of critique and skepticism, with the intent to discover the truth. We hope you enjoy the podcast!

    These boxes have nothing to do with any bull that anyone might have eaten for dinner. Or met while sitting at a bar with a duck. The Apis bull is the force required to split hydrogen into a its proton the positive charge and it's electron to create a chemical by product that bulls produce...methane gas These conversion plants are in a line along the Nile beginning below Aswan where the engineers of the day had been splitting hydrogen up and mixing the components for a few thousand years to harness the invisible power surrounding them. I'm really liking your Channel. I don't think it helps educate people that the sarcophagi are always referred to as being made by dynastic Egyptians. This gives many people the impression that they are far older than they actually are. I've seen in comments sections people think they're as old as the great pyramid or they get mixed up with the term pre-dynastic. I think it would help the conversation if people understood that the majority of these were made after the Egyptian dynasties ,centuries into the Iron Age, with the last one being made during the Roman era. I think it would remove a lot of the mystery if people considered the other stone monuments, sculpture etc being built during the same time period

    Interesting how they are not open to including documented evidence into their data sets to alter their beliefs. They're not self-aware enough to see the blind spots in their research techniques. I think this is partly from egos wanting to have discovered something the experts missed, but sadly also because there have been enough archaeology scandals/a-holes that caused amateurs to become suspicious. Anyway, thanks for putting this together

      Good comment. People like Chris Dunn and Ben V Kerkwik do not consider ANY opposing views to their own. Dunn writes books based upon his own grift, and Ben just makes CZcams money and does conferences etc. they both have vested interests (monetary) and they have worked out that there are many people out there who are only too willing to follow their every word with gasps, and they simply will not risk losing a single person by having to have a real conversation they simply cannot win.

      @JH-pt6ih Před 13 hodinami

      Well, they don't *understand* what proper research and techniques are. They are working with what they know from doing book reports in high school or going to college and studying in a professional program to get out as fast as possible and go to work. Similarly, there is no understanding of what an argument is (cue the old Monty Python skit) and how to present and confirm or deny claims in a systematic process. As much as I could watch of Flint Dibble and Hancock on Gweneth Rogan's Outrage and Pseudoscience Podcast, when they discuss "Clovis first" Hancock's claim that nobody was allowed to even question it and Dibble said he wasn't taught that when he was in school 20 years ago, doesn't teach it, and that *isn't taught* (and I'll add - a minute in Google Scholar shows up articles in respected journals challenging the premise back at least to 1970. Hancock is flat out WRONG and has nothing to support his claim and how does he respond? By ignoring what Dibble said and throwing unsupported accusations of coverup and tyrannical control in the discipline. And Gweneth is to dumb and uneducated to realize this is not how educated, adult, argumentation happens so Hancock just babbles on about a cover up he has no evidence for.

    We all must respect Mr. Dunn for his continuing research on the ancient structures and artifacts in Egypt. These artifacts prove without a doubt that an advanced ancient civilization must have existed. A highly educated and skilled civilization that lived more than 20,000 years ago knew that their civilization would end in a couple of years due to the recurring and inescapable disaster that is caused by the ninth planet in our solar system. They knew that this disaster causes a huge tidal wave that is pulled all over our planet. At the end, after seven days, it leaves the Earth covered with a thick layer of mud. They also knew that this would happen five times before a new highly educated civilization, ours, would emerge. If they wanted to tell this next civilization about them, they needed a very strong and high building that could survive these five disasters and still be visible. The Great Pyramid did. Many other constructions were made like the boxes in the Serapeum to store seedlings to grow food as soon as possible and surviving places high in the mountains as Machu Picchu. We explain much more about planet 9, the recurring flood cycle and its timeline, the rebirth of civilizations and ancient advanced technology in the e-book: "Planet 9 = Nibiru". It shows abundant and convincing evidence both in text and many depictions. It can be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone. Search: planet 9 roest

    I share the same sentiment as Ancient Presence and I applaud them for this courageous effort. We need more truth seekers on the front line who are not afraid to navigate the muddy waters to bring more light. You are dealing with two conscious content creators and genuine researchers who are actually putting in the work and who seem to want to get closer to objective truth. Unfortunately, many are being mislead out there. I had the opportunity to co-lead a tour with Christopher Dunn, using his tools inside the Serapeum and at Elephantine Island. However, after getting to know Chris and after having traveled with him, I've lost my respect and trust for his work and unfortunately him as a person. There are a lot of actors in this space. It’s been a long journey to reach this stage and I know this may upset a lot of people here, but unfortunately, he’s not someone I trust and I’m not someone to co-sign something or someone I don’t believe in. If that means less business or less CZcams subscribers for me, then so mote it be. AP - excellent work!

      Did Dunn scam you out of money or something? I don't know man, I kinda see this as a trend where "hippy/new age" looking people are now doing the opposite of what would be expected and are going with the "mainstream" view Perhaps is related to the more general trend where things that were issues for the Left 30 years ago are now considered off limits and r*c*st Like even around 2006 the left was into 911 theories but now they aren't because they don't want to be called r*c*st Even JfK stuff. It's all because of Trump. In 2024 if a person is into Con Theories that means they are N*z*s So there's that whole thing where these people are scared to be associated with "white nationalists" like Hancock Or it could be that they've always just been trend followers. 30 years ago it was cool to be a new ager and into Atlantis but now "new ager" = white nationalist And especially since CZcams is so strict now, people can't get views with the new age stuff as easily Edit: it's like with this video I totally got the vibe that Dunn felt misled. He looked at you guys and was like, "cool, these guys are hippies. They are on my side"

      @@AncientPresence Thanks for sharing this link. I’ll check it out. For the sake of clarity, it wasn't the tour itself or touring together that ended our relationship; we had a great time and stayed friends for several years after. I genuinely enjoyed his humor and company, and Chris even praised my tour as the best organized and most fun he'd ever experienced on a tour of Egypt. And he’s toured for decades so that was deeply meaningful for me to hear that from him. He also said touring with me was immensely valuable in his endorsement for my book. However, insights I gained during and after the tour led me to ask questions, which ultimately caused him to sever our friendship. I have always championed the idea of coexisting with opposing opinions. I genuinely have love and respect for my mentor, John Anthony West, though I don’t agree with his conclusion on Sphinx dating. Though I made best efforts to keep an open mind, I had a hard time believing in Chris Dunn’s theory from the start. However, I could find some value from his work but ultimately I wasn’t on board with his theory even when we toured together, and he was aware of the fact I did not subscribe to it. He sees saw pits where I see boat pits. He believes the Rameses statue in the Cairo Museum with its nemes headdress is the product of someone other than the dynastic Egyptians whereas to me, it’s the accomplishment of the dynastic Egyptians. The list goes on…but we should be able to co-exist, be friends, appreciate humor and tour together. Our tour group was divided, some were hardcore techies and believed in Chris’s Lost Tech theory, whereas others were esotericists or general historians and had a hard time reconciling some of his ideas. For example, we had a boatman explain why the boat pits were far more likely to be boat pits than giant saw pits and yet we all got along great and had an incredible time. Adults should be able to disagree and maintain relationships. However, I’ve noticed that many alternative historians and authors may pretend to adopt this philosophy, but often demonstrate the opposite by blocking or cutting ties with those who choose to oppose or challenge tbeir ideas Chris Dunn may speak publicly about not "othering" or making "enemies," and share links to podcast with you expensing that sentiment, yet in conversation we had he criticized me for watching and supporting CZcamsrs with opposing ideas, specifically “Ancient Presence, Sacred Geometry Decoded and Science Against Myth” proclaiming them as his "enemies." This type of inconsistency between his public and private sentiments makes it difficult for me to trust and respect him. If Christopher Dunn genuinely aligns with the podcast, then why did he refer to the aforementioned CZcamsrs as his “enemies” and question me for taking up interest and supporting these specific CZcams channels? This sort of inconsistency is - in part - is why I have come to not trust Chris Dunn in my experience. “I have more respect for a man who lets me know where he stands, even if he's wrong, than the one who comes up like an angel and is nothing but a devil.” - Malcolm X Regarding dropping in sometime and sharing our journeys - anytime. The work you two are doing resonates and I’m always happy to connect.

    Perhaps we should address the elephant in the room. Up until Darwin, worldwide ’history’ claimed God created everything, there was a fall from perfection and a promised afterlife for those with ‘good’ hearts and minds. Egypt was built on this belief system. Myths suggest the further back we go the greater the superiority of man and his abilities, and the further into the future we go the weaker we are through mutations and loss of DNA information. Darwin rejected our ancestors ‘history’ and replaced it with the theory of evolution, claiming all life came from no life and through gain of function mutations we are superior to our ancestors. We interpret the past through this mindset therefore believe the myths and belief systems of Egypt etc are unintelligent nonsense created by inferior humans. This issue should be sorted first and foremost because we interpret the evidence depending on whether we believe our ancestors myths, or Darwin’s claims. If humans were indeed once ‘gods’ compared to us then we should expect to see abilities we cannot emulate, if humans were apes then we should not see anything from the past that we could not easily create.

    I find it woefully ironic that ancient presence latches on to Egyptian writing of any kind to be taken literally and solidify the dynastic period as the builders, while fully ignoring the Abydos temple walls inscriptions that date the Egyptian race to 39, 000 bc with the detailed kings list going back to the Zep Tepi period, as well as the Turin Kings list. Can't even call it a logical fallacy, it's just plain ignorance. Loved the сlip, and that you had experts on the show. Edited

    • @Eye_of_Horus
      @Eye_of_Horus Před dnem

      What they express matches the archaeology though. We don’t see any 39,000 year old civilization there. In fact, the pre dynastic archaeology basically has the same level of technology for over 70,000 years with a gradual build up to dynastic Egypt starting a few thousand years before. They are probably basing it on that. If writing and archaeology match, not much room for debate. If writing and archaeology don’t match, there’s room for debate but what’s actually shown in the ground counts far far more.

    • @Kitties-of-Doom
      @Kitties-of-Doom Před dnem

      Really don't know what you're talking about here. Wholly confused. 70,000 years ago, we didn't have reigns of a single king into 1000s of years precise to the date of end of his reign. The predynastic period as it goes is described not just once in abydos but the second time in the turin kings list papyrus. Precisely to 36k bc and 39k to date. Writing and archeology do not match. Archeology dismisses the Abydos temple inscriptions as quite literally, non-existent or rather myth. Whats shown above ground is what counts, advanced stone manufacturing all over Egypt and Peru, that sticks and stones of the dynastic period could not achieve. Cute that you got the heart from the channel. That's all they could come up with. A heart. Milo , Casey, you got anything to say to my comment or just hearting nonsensical replies will do?

    • @Eye_of_Horus
      @Eye_of_Horus Před dnem

      @@Kitties-of-Doom they dismiss them as myth because we have dated remains throughout that entire time and nothing showing what you would call civilization shows up. Technology in Egypt stays basically the same for 70k years. All the way up into the predynastic, where you start to see gradual changes into what later became the dynastic. This isn’t an opinion. This is what we get from the ground. 39,000 years ago we see nothing but nomadic hunter gatherers in the area. Besides that, the stuff above ground you are talking about has been shown it can only be so old by dating organic matter or human disturbed material under it. Peru for example. They have dug underneath and found earlier settlements in structures the alternative tries to say is 10k years old. Yet what’s under them is only 1000 years old. Obviously, that doesn’t work. Baalbek is another great example of this. Besides this, people have demonstrated for decades how to work with granite with primitive methods. You can find many CZcams channels with people doing this themselves at home. There are better channels with actual production going into it. Or you can read these expirements as they were written down decades ago. There isn’t any need for high tech stuff that doesn’t exist and allegedly left zero trace anywhere.

And as you stand in awe, and know that you have no idea how, why or who, you can begin to accept that all you know is that you don't know, and that you're inferior to the maker. That should be enough. Being in stone and construction for 20 years, I don't need the who, how and why. Honestly. He wasn't happy that I could coexist with opposing opinions or that I watched videos by AP, Sacred Geometry Decoded, and Science Against Myth, referring to all these channels as his "enemies." He literally unfriended me on Facebook and cut ties over this. All I wanted was to look at the big picture and study what everyone has to say without bias. I just can’t trust that sort of inconsistency or odd behavior. I’m not here to be part of anyone’s good ol’ boys club. Higher water flows are recorded but this would not cause abrupt large scale depopulation of the valley at 14 ka - 5.5 ka (Vanneer Vermeersch 2015). The Valley was not repopulated until thousands of years after the Saharan wet period ended. The reason for the depopulation was heavy metal contamination of the river water (MEDIBA Core samples (1993?)).
