I think all could be helped if Japan starts globalisation now. As much as they want to retain their JP blood and looks, that is the only way for them to help their economy. But of course, they need to set rules and such to ensure Japanese language is still the first language to retain their identity.

I know the work culture in Japan can be difficult with overwork and outdated technology. That being said, provided I am fluent in Japanese, could I realistically find a job with middling income that has a decent work-life balance? I figure in a democracy country of 125 million theres gotta be at least some opportunities, right?
