EASY Baked Chocolate Cheesecake | NO Cream Cheese Cheesecake Recipe
EASY Baked Chocolate Cheesecake | Chocolate Cheesecake without Cream Cheese Recipe | Easy Baked Cheesecake Recipe
| Ingredients (for 7 inch Cheesecake) |
Oreo Crust
[ ] Butter (melted): 45 grams or 3 tbsp
[ ] Oreo Biscuits: 135 grams or 14 pcs
Cheesecake Filling
[ ] Milk: 2 litres
[ ] Lemon Juice: 4 tbsp
Use 350 grams of the curds which is about ¾ of the yield (if you don’t have a weighing scale)
Or
[ ] Cream Cheese: 350 grams

[ ] White Sugar: 50 grams or ¼ cup
[ ] Brown Sugar: 67 grams or ⅓ cup
[ ] Coffee Powder: 1 tsp or 2 grams
[ ] Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
[ ] Cocoa Powder: 1 tbsp
[ ] Yoghurt: 120 grams or ½ cup
[ ] Dark Chocolate: 200 grams
Baking Instructions:
- Bake Oreo Crust at 175°C for 8 minutes before final baking with filling.
- Bake Filled Cheesecake at 160°C for 50 minutes to 1 hour. The Cheesecake is done when it is set around the edges but wobbly in the centre.
- Let the baked cheesecake cool to room temperature for one hour.
- Refrigerate the Baked Cheesecake for at least 6 hours (ideally overnight).

Hi there! The cookies are baked at 180°C for 15-18 minutes. When the cookies are golden brown in colour, they are done ☺️
If you don’t have a fancy piping bag slap it in a food bag and chop the corner off, could even do it in a zig zag pattern and get the same effect

I made it for my husbands birthday. It's going to be a repeat every year now! Absolutely amazing recipe. The frosting is sooo light and fluffy. The cake is perfectly moist, without being heavy or dense. And its breath-taking how delicious it is. 5 stars! Notes: I used fresh strawberries for the jam Whole milk for the cake Yogurt, I used "5% Fage Greek Yogurt" Didn't have 6 inch pans, so I used 8 inch and it came out as two layers (too thin to slice into 4) Thank you Knick Knack Kitchen for the video. You have given our family a new delicious birthday tradition!

How many minutes in a microwave??
Hi! I haven’t tried this recipe in the microwave so unfortunately I don’t have much idea myself. I believe it should not take longer than a minute but I’d recommend looking it up on the internet. Also, If you have a convection setting on your microwave then you can follow the instructions of the video itself. Thanks for watching 💛

How many minutes we have to keep it microwave for baking it?
If you plan on making this in the microwave, I would recommend cooking for 45-50 seconds at first. If the top is still soft and not firm or cooked then place again in the microwave for an extra 10 seconds. The cake should be done in 50 seconds but if it’s too soft then you might need the extra 10-15 seconds. Hope this helps 💛

I haven’t tried it with any other Chocolate but as long as it’s dark chocolate (50% cocoa minimum), I think it should work perfectly. As for using milk chocolate (say like regular dairy milk), I would recommend using less milk to make the ganache (probably a little over half the amount of milk in the recipe) and giving it a go. This is just my best guess though. I would love to hear how it turns out for you 💛
