Eggless Pineapple Cake EASY Recipe | How to make Pineapple Cake at Home | Mother’s Day Special 💛 | Pineapple Cake without eggs
| Ingredients |
Pineapple Cake Base (makes two 6-inch cakes)
[ ] Flour: 190 grams or 1 ½ cup
[ ] Baking Powder: 10 grams or 2 tsp
[ ] Baking Soda: 3 grams or ½ tsp
[ ] Salt (optional): 2 grams or 1/8 tsp
[ ] Vegetable Oil (or any flavourless oil): 115 grams or ½ cup
[ ] White Sugar: 150 grams or ¾ cup
[ ] Pineapple Extract (or essence): ½ tsp (add 1 tsp if using essence)
[ ] Milk: 180 grams or ¾ cup
[ ] Yoghurt: 60 grams or ¼ cup
[ ] Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Bake at 175°C for 25-30 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
For making 8 inch cakes, DOUBLE the recipe to make two layers
Assembly
[ ] Whipping Cream: 400 grams or 1¾ cup
[ ] Pineapple Juice (to soak Layers): 60 grams or ¼ cup
[ ] Pineapple slices: 70-80 grams
[ ] Fresh Cherries (canned cherries would work as well): 7-8 pcs (optional)
