Cant run at 60 constant whatsoever actually annoying. Specs shouldnt be an issue either so yeah i guess i wont be playing it. I really dont understand how you managed to get it running like that.

Thats the problem with this emulator its still nearly worthless for mid level DX5\6 games like this. NFS3 really doesn't run that great till you get to a P-III 800 class of performance. 86box still struggles to run cpus faster then 333 mhz celeron on the very best of Hardware today and they don't seem to want to bother to emulate a DX7 card to help in that regard either so DX7 games are off the table for sure with it still. It's hard to find a use for this emulator if your goal is a mid tier windows 98 machine, and there's alot of DX5\7 games that do not run well with DGVOODOO or other wrappers still and this would be the solution but the teams making it sure don't seem to want it to be.

Hyper-V has some great Default settings too.. my Server has 128G ram and when I create a VM it sets the VM to 4G and 16 Cores. by Default. :)

frame gen give false fps you know it... and it induce lot of imput lag... you should have a potato as pc for needing frame gen on this old title lol

So fsr 3 helped with pathtracing on 3080. Mmm wish they would reoease the official version for radeon already

I tried to install WordStar 4.0 on Windows XP. It doesn't work right. I was able to install WordStar 5.5

KUBUNTU 22.04LTS, QT 5.15.3 - the appimage command executes, a new window is spawned and then it hangs on "libpng warning: IDAT: Extra compressed data". Tried different 86box releases with same results. I am able to run some games with WINE though.

After pressing enter after writing ./86box.AppImage this msg is shown, "AppImages require FUSE to run." please help
