I know you have 3 but one is hard rock leaning towards heavy. That would be Band Maid. Speaking of them they are playing with The Warning in the next day or two in Japan. Now my favorite heavy metal band out of Japan is Nemophila.

They are def a rock band. Their sub genre would be hard rock. There is a fine line between hard rock and alternative metal. Sometimes they put one foot over that line for some of their songs. It doesn't change that they are a hard rock band. This is the same with most hard rock bands. For instance, Godsmack..

Hi from Scotland ! Band Maid are very cool . But check out Russian band MESCHERA and there song The Watcher In The Plne Forrest it is the most beautiful Folk Metal I have heard in a few years ! All the best Matt.

Dogma at Present is composed of entirely new members. An article, in the authors own analysis, stated that 11 females altogether have used the respective pseudonyms at least two times, with the recent members still unrevealed. That said, the former members were: Lilith I - Isa Roddy Lamia I - Bruna Terroni Nexi I - Lina dela Parra Abrahel I - Nanu Villalba Abrahel II - I forgot her name... :(, but all talented musicians on their own.

Love Band Maid. They are my favorite anywhere. Hanabie is a very odd little 4-piece that is absolutely special. Best seen live, as are all Japanese bands, for some odd reason. Check out this short live outing they cut in Taiwan. It's just over the top great: czcams.com/video/NORZHwHFLD0/video.html My 3rd favorite all-female Japanese band is Doll$boxx, which is a combination of the Gacharic Spin and Fuki, the lead singer from Unlucky Morphius. Doll$boxx was formed to fill gig dates left vacant when the lead singer from Gacharic Spin got ill. The only people that really care about labels are well, the labels. The Warning transcend labels, I think Lava/Republic agree hence the five album deal they inked with them

Blackie stated in a podcast interview awhile back saying that they use the backing tracks to make it sound like the record. He said that they are live, but the backing tracks basically enhanced with what they are playing live. To me if he admits to playing live with backing tracks like extra vocals in the background, keyboards and orchestra parts it doesn't bother me. I doubt he's out there lip syncing with a pre-recorded track.

I really miss this guy too ! His knowledge and discoveries opened up a whole new and practical way to hit the weights , so that we can stay in the iron game for as long as we want .

i also do low pulley curls facing away the pulley in external rotation since i found i have a better alignment with my left bicep because i got tennis elbow and an old shoulder injury.

13:33 It sounds crazy, but this week I did shoulder presses using a converging plate load (free weight) machine, and today I'm with right shoulder pain, also I did declines smith machine bench press (which is awesome for chest) So i will have to test this coming week, going to stop doing the shoulder press (which ends up in an overhead movement) and do decline, and see what happens. if i keep with some shoulder pain, i guess it was caused by decline smith machine bench press. Will come back to comment later if I get some conclusion which can help others! 17:29 the machine I'm using has an incline bench, so may be what caused me the shoulder pain that i have was the decline smith machine. Will pay more attention and test and will comment here later

They don't, quite, scratch my metal itch and they don't quite scratch my hard rock itch; but what I do hear is a blend of both with a pinch of grunge and punk in equal measure and you know what? That's a good thing.

I absolutely love the Warning. I got their next album preordered. But I'd say they lean towards hard rock. But they do like to play with genres. They even borrow from Kpop and Jrock.

All I know is Error is FANTASTIC ❤️👍😎🤙!!!! just wish the new album has the same chemistry, but what I've heard so far....🤨😕🤔🤔🤔

66 here also. The more I listen to The Warning and their moving around of musicial styles, the more think of another small time group that, pretty much, did the same thing. Led Zeppelin. Is The Warning the new Led Zeppelin? I hope so. Rock music today needs it.

I'm glad that there's more people getting obsessed with this magnificent band. The last time this happened to me was with Ghost, for obvious reasons. I love the threaticallity, the mystery, the concept behind it, but most of all, the music. I'm so hyped about attending their debut live show, right here in Mexico City. :")

Decayo el Rock es porq quere siempre encasillar a los grupos o artistas en un geneto en particular sin la posibilidad de poder expandirse, y eso lo unico que hizo fue limitar al rock yy de ahi su decadencia, ahora The Warning viene a refrescar la escena sin querer caer en un genero en particular, ellas solo hacen Rock!

Wind Rose seems an odd pairing to me, as the image/styles between the two bands don't really match. I would think Ghost, Theatres Des Vampires, Deathless Legacy, ect. would match more in terms of theme and style. But regardless, I'm glad to see Dogma advancing and continuing their success.

When I played a new Warning song, my wife asked, “Is that The Warning?” They have their own sound.

Nobody can cage the warning !no way they are free to do anything they want!

I love The Warning, but they are not metal. Hard Rock at the most. New album has a little pop vibe which is not my favorite, but still sounds good. Hopefully, that’s as far pop as they’ll get.

Since 2021, I've been using Brig 20 for my workouts. I don't spend a lot of time on weight training-just two sessions per week, each lasting 2.5 hours. The results have been fantastic!! Because I don’t need to spend too much time training, I can maintain myself at a height of 177 cm, a weight of 74 kg, and a body fat percentage of 11%. My main goal is to look sexy... so, I'm very satisfied with my current results.

The Warning climb to top of female rock. We have seen many sisters bands, but they are super sister band ever, pure talents
