Hi I follow you from Italy. I'm 45 years old, hyperopia since birth, but now I'm starting to have problems seeing up close. However, no problems from afar or reading text on the monitor. With my smartphone and a book, yes. I see well during the day, but less so in the evening. I kindly ask you: 1) Is being outdoors and applying sunning and palming a valid choice? 2) I notice that if I wear sunglasses my vision gets worse. 3) Can I keep the lights on for reading in the evening or do they hurt my eyesight? 4) What exercises do you recommend that are most useful for my situation? 5) I have pinhole glasses, how many minutes daily? Ooooooh, no no no no my toes and foot CRAMPS AND PARALYZED it hurts TOO MUCH it feels like if my LEG it's going to ROTATE towards the OPPOSITE with STIFF TOES MAN THAT IT'S SO HURTFUL ON MY FEET, I DON'T EVEN TRY TO STRETCH MY BODY CAUSE THAT WILL BE THE REACTION OF MY FEET

Thank you for this video. I know how important the big toe is. Several years ago, I jammed my big toe going from a headstand into Chaturanga and now my big toe is not as much range of motion as my other big toe and the metatarsal head of my big toe is thicker than my other big toe I’ve been working with exercises similar to what you showed but how can I tell if it’s mainly friction limiting the rain to motion or damage to my big toe that won’t change even with these type of exercises?

Sooo an empty stomach 90 minutes before a workout? Which really means you shouldn’t eat for about 2-1/2 hours before so like should we not eat for 3-4 hours before a long endurance training session? How does one eat around this schedule I’m definitely trying to get my cardio up as an mma fighter. Maybe something quickly digestible?
