In fact, most people don't realize that the foot muscles and joints can be trained just like the rest of the body - and should be!
    As we age, unless a good deal of attention is paid to the feet they typically lose mobility, strength and sensitivity - all of which can have a huge impact on balance and falls.

    Thank you for this video. I know how important the big toe is.
    Several years ago, I jammed my big toe going from a headstand into Chaturanga and now my big toe is not as much range of motion as my other big toe and the metatarsal head of my big toe is thicker than my other big toe
    I’ve been working with exercises similar to what you showed but how can I tell if it’s mainly friction limiting the rain to motion or damage to my big toe that won’t change even with these type of exercises?
