    This is such an educational video, but it would be incredibly helpful to see your lower legs and feet while demonstrating the exercises.

    So glad I found you. Now I have a new programme to train with.
    I was diagnosed last year with Parkinson’s at 55, previously very fit with good coordination (paragliding and aerobatics). Although balance is not an issue I have found some ballet movements difficult.
    You mentioning about head movements while walking has hit the nail on the head. Walking the virtual beam with no movements made me feel sick. Can’t wait until that sensation goes. It’s the same sensation I’ve had in dance training and has gone after my brain body learns the skill.
