    Very useful have tbi in cerrebellum,my vistibular and spacial awareness is poor....found closing eyes off/on improved my clumsiness, didn't know why ,now I do.

    Thanks for a new idea... I'll have to try my hallway balance walks with the light off. I have also done my balance work with my glasses off and it is definitely harder. My gardening ear protection didn't make much of a difference in difficulty. My house is pretty quiet already though... which made me wonder, what are your thoughts around increasing noise instead of reducing it?
