How to Decrease Neck Pain & Stiffness (One Key Exercise!)

  • In this video, we're continuing our look at using precision isometric exercises for back pain and discomfort.

    In today's video we are shifting our focus to the neck. Just like in other areas of the spine, a loss of lateral bending is often seen in both acute and chronic neck pain and when we can restore it, great things often happen.
    We'll go through the details of two different lateral bending isometrics - one for the upper neck and one for the lower neck - as well as how to test your response to make sure that these are a good fit for you.
